Target Information
Cytokeratin pan은 다양한 생화학적 특성을 가진 중간 필라멘트 단백질의 하위군에 속합니다. 인간 상피 조직에는 최소 20가지 이상의 서로 다른 폴리펩타이드가 존재하며, 분자량은 40–68 kDa, 등전점은 pH 4.9–7.8 범위입니다. Cytokeratin은 상피의 종류와 성숙 정도에 따라 발현 패턴이 달라지며, 이러한 특성은 상피성 종양 구분에 유용하게 활용됩니다.
Cytokeratin 항체는 조직 절편 면역조직화학, 세포병리학, 유세포분석 등 다양한 연구에 적용 가능하며, 암 연구 및 종양 진단 마커로 널리 사용됩니다.
