To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, perform another round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The encoded protein contains an N-terminal pleckstrin homology domain and a highly conserved C-terminal OSBP-like sterol-binding domain.
