Target Information
CSTF2는 CSTF1 및 CSTF3과 함께 pre-mRNA의 polyadenylation 및 3' 말단 절단에 관여하는 cleavage stimulation factor 복합체를 형성합니다. CSTF2는 ribonucleoprotein-type RNA 결합 도메인을 포함하고 있으며, B 세포 활성화 시 IgM heavy chain mRNA가 막 결합형에서 분비형으로 전환될 때 발현이 증가합니다.
