Target Information
PI4KB와 PI4KA는 인간 type III PI4 kinase로, PI3 kinase와 유사한 서열을 공유하며 phosphatidyl inositol의 4번 위치를 인산화합니다. 포유류 PI 4-kinase는 분자량 및 detergent와 adenosine에 대한 반응에 따라 type II와 III으로 분류됩니다. PI4KA 유전자는 adenosine에 의해 억제되지 않는 type III 효소를 암호화하며, 서로 다른 isoform을 인코딩하는 두 가지 전사 변이가 보고되었습니다.
