DYNC1I1은 세포질 다이닌 1 복합체의 비촉매 보조 구성요소 중 하나로, 다이닌을 화물 및 조절 단백질에 연결하는 역할을 합니다. 세포질 다이닌 1은 미세소관을 따라 소포와 세포 소기관의 세포 내 역행 이동을 담당합니다. 중간 사슬은 다이닌을 다이낙틴의 150 kDa 구성요소(p150-glued, DCNT1)에 결합시키며, 세포질 다이닌이 막성 소기관 및 키네토코어와 상호작용하는 데 관여할 수 있습니다.
