Target Information
TLR10은 병원체 인식과 선천면역 활성화에 중요한 역할을 하는 톨유사수용체(TLR) 계열 단백질입니다. TLR은 초파리부터 인간까지 보존되어 있으며, 병원체 관련 분자 패턴(PAMP)을 인식하여 면역 반응을 유도합니다. TLR10은 비장, 림프절, 흉선, 편도 등 림프조직에서 높은 발현을 보이며, 그 정확한 기능은 아직 명확히 규명되지 않았습니다. 여러 가지 대체 스플라이스 변이가 보고되었습니다.
