Target Information
PKM2는 pyruvate kinase로, pyruvate와 ATP로부터 phosphoenolpyruvate를 생성합니다. PKM2는 갑상선 호르몬과 상호작용하여 세포 대사에 영향을 미치며, Opa 단백질과 결합하여 세포 부착 및 침입에 관여할 수 있습니다. 세 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사체가 보고되었으며, 두 가지 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화합니다.
