Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the class II cytokine receptor family. It forms a receptor complex with interleukin 10 receptor beta (IL10RB) and interacts with cytokines IL28A, IL28B, and IL29. Expression of these cytokines is induced by viral infection. Overexpression of this protein enhances responses to IL28A and IL29 but decreases response to IL28B. Three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
