TNIK (TRAF2 and NCK Interacting Kinase)은 N-terminal kinase domain과 C-terminal GCK domain을 가지며, 세포골격 조절에 중요한 역할을 하는 단백질입니다. TNIK는 RAP2의 특정 effector로 작용하며, actin cytoskeleton의 조절에 관여합니다. 또한 TNIK는 gelsolin을 인산화하여 세포 내외 actin 절단에 영향을 주며, 이러한 기능은 세포골격 조절 연구에 중요한 단서를 제공합니다.
