Target Information
CD47 (integrin-associated protein, IAP)는 세포 표면에 널리 발현되는 막관통 당단백질로 여러 인테그린과 상호작용하며 그 기능을 조절합니다. CD47은 용해성 리간드 또는 상호수용체에 의해 활성화되어 이종삼합체 G 단백질을 포함한 다양한 신호 전달 경로를 조절합니다. 세포가 세포외기질에 부착될 때 세포 내 칼슘 농도를 증가시키며, thrombospondin의 C-말단 세포 결합 도메인에 대한 수용체로 작용합니다. 또한 CD47은 막 수송 및 신호 전달에 관여하며, Rh 적혈구에서 발현이 감소되어 있습니다. CD47은 대식세포의 면역 억제 수용체인 CD172a(SIRPα)의 리간드로 작용하여 CD47 양성 세포의 식세포 작용을 억제합니다. 이 시스템은 세포 이동, B 세포 부착, T 세포 활성화, 연골세포의 기계적 자극 반응 조절, 신경 발달 촉진에도 관여하며, 특히 뇌와 망막의 시냅스가 풍부한 영역에서 풍부하게 존재합니다.
