Recombinant antibodies are produced using specific genes that code for the desired antibodies. These genes are cloned into an expression vector and expressed in vitro. The advantages of recombinant antibodies include better specificity and superior lot-to-lot consistency.

This antibody shows minimal cross-reactivity with Human, Goat, Donkey, Guinea Pig, Horse, and Bovine IgG.

This recombinant antibody has been engineered with point mutations that eliminate binding to Fc receptors, reducing background and improving signal-to-noise ratio.

Alexa Fluor Plus secondary antibodies provide brighter signal compared to traditional Alexa Fluor conjugates, delivering superior imaging performance and minimizing optimization time. These antibodies use proprietary dye chemistry for enhanced fluorescence intensity and stability.

Usage Note:
Before use, briefly centrifuge the protein conjugate solution and use only the supernatant to remove potential aggregates, which helps reduce nonspecific background staining. Optimal dilution should be determined empirically for each application.
