Target Information

Gab1은 115 kDa의 다중 도킹 단백질로, 세포 성장, 변형, 아폽토시스 과정에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. Gab1은 여러 수용체 티로신 키나아제(RTKs)에 의해 인산화될 수 있으며, 여기에는 insulin receptor (IR), platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta (PDGFRβ), hepatocyte growth factor/scatter factor receptor (HGFR/SFR or c-Met), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGF)가 포함됩니다.
Gab1은 최소 16개의 티로신 인산화 부위를 가지며, 이 중 일부는 PI3K, Grb2, PLCγ1, Nck, SHP2와 결합하는 부위로 작용합니다. 특히 티로신 627 및 659에서의 인산화는 SHP2 결합 및 EGF 반응 시 ERK/MAPK 경로 활성화에 중요합니다.
