Human, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Bat, Bovine, Panda, Horse, Pig, Opossum, Turkey, Chicken, Platypus (100%); Orangutan, Dog, Elephant, Xenopus (93%). - For IHC(P), use heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer.
After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
Target Information
GRK5 is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates the activity of a variety of G protein-coupled receptors and the motility of polymorphonuclear leukocytes.
The protein phosphorylates the activated forms of G protein-coupled receptors, thus initiating their deactivation.
It also plays a role in regulating the motility of polymorphonuclear leukocytes.
