For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

STING is a 379-amino-acid signaling protein involved in innate immune signaling.
It activates NF-kappa-B and IRF3 pathways to induce type I interferons (IFN-α, IFN-β), establishing an antiviral state.
STING may function as a translocon influencing interferon induction and mediates apoptotic signals via MHC-II association.
It is localized in the endoplasmic reticulum membrane, cell membrane, and mitochondrial outer membrane, and is ubiquitously expressed across tissues.
