Target Information
이 유전자는 WD-repeat 단백질의 고도로 보존된 하위군에 속하는 핵 단백질을 암호화합니다.
해당 단백질은 세포 증식을 조절하는 망막모세포종 단백질(retinoblastoma protein)에 직접 결합하며, E1A-binding pocket B를 통해 저인산화된 형태의 단백질과 선호적으로 상호작용합니다.
세 가지의 서로 다른 단백질 아이소폼을 암호화하는 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
