Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
FGF5 plays an important role in regulating cell proliferation and differentiation. It is required for normal hair growth cycle regulation and functions as an inhibitor of hair elongation by promoting progression from anagen (growth phase) to catagen (regression phase).
