Target Information
CIRBP (Cold-Inducible RNA-Binding Protein)은 저온 유도성 mRNA 결합 단백질로, 세포 생존 관련 유전자 전사체를 안정화시켜 유전독성 스트레스 반응에서 보호 역할을 합니다. 번역 활성화 인자로 작용하며, 저온에 의한 세포 증식 억제 과정에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 RPA2 및 TXN과 같은 스트레스 반응 전사체의 3'-UTR에 특이적으로 결합하며, 과발현 시 스트레스 과립(stress granules, SGs)의 형성을 촉진합니다.
