Target Information
ADCYAP1 (adenylate cyclase activating polypeptide 1)은 아데닐산 사이클라아제 활성화 폴리펩타이드 수용체를 통해 아데닐산 사이클라아제를 자극하고, 표적 세포 내 cAMP 수준을 증가시킵니다. 이 폴리펩타이드는 시상하부 호르몬으로서뿐만 아니라 신경전달물질 및 신경조절인자로 작용합니다. 또한 특정 세포 유형의 파라크린 및 오토크린 조절에도 관여합니다. 해당 유전자는 두 가지 이소형을 포함한 세 가지 다른 성숙 펩타이드를 암호화합니다.
