The Thermo Scientific inSITE Integrity Testing System is a single-channel quality assurance testing system. The inSITE system uses pressure decay measurements to detect leaks that can occur between the warehouse and the clean room floor, or from improper handling and loading procedures. The system can also be used to manage overall quality of bioprocess containers up to the liquid filling cycle.

Features
• Inflation cycle—assists users in loading Thermo Scientific BioProcess Containers (BPCs) with minimal interaction, helping to reduce the risk of handling errors
• Gross leak detection—finds small leaks (100 μm–1,000 μm) and confirms connection and setup of the BPC
• Fine leak detection—unique for each tank and BPC assembly
• Liquid filling cycle—moderates the internal pressure within the BPC while fluid is being introduced
• On-board blower—makes the system completely mobile
• On-board printer—used to print all test result labels
• Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)—provides 10–15 minutes of power to operate the computer system should there be a main power outage
