The Thermo Scientific™ inSITE™ Integrity Testing System is a single-channel quality assurance testing system that uses pressure decay measurements to detect leaks that may occur between the warehouse and clean room floor or from improper handling and loading procedures. It can also be used to manage the overall quality of bioprocess containers up to the liquid filling cycle.

• Inflation cycle: Assists users in loading Thermo Scientific BioProcess Containers (BPCs) with minimal interaction, reducing handling errors
• Gross leak detection: Detects small leaks (100 μm–1,000 μm) and confirms connection and setup of the BPC
• Fine leak detection: Unique for each tank and BPC assembly
• Liquid filling cycle: Moderates internal pressure within the BPC while fluid is introduced

• On-board printer: Prints all test result labels
