Target Information
EEF2는 번역 신장 과정에서 GTP 의존적 리보솜 전이(translocation) 단계를 촉매합니다. 이 과정에서 리보솜은 pre-translocational(PRE) 상태에서 post-translocational(POST) 상태로 전환되며, A-site에 결합된 peptidyl-tRNA와 P-site의 탈아실화된 tRNA가 각각 P 및 E site로 이동합니다. 또한 두 tRNA 분자, mRNA, 리보솜의 구조적 변화가 조정되어 일어납니다.
