Target Information
이 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 protein tyrosine phosphatase(PTP) 계열에 속하며, 세포 성장, 분화, 유사분열 주기, 종양 변환 등 다양한 세포 과정의 신호 조절에 관여합니다.
두 가지 전사체 변이가 보고되었으며, 하나는 수용체형 PTP로 짧은 세포외 도메인, 단일 막관통 영역, 두 개의 세포내 촉매 도메인을 가지며, 다른 하나는 비수용체형 PTP로 구별되는 친수성 N-말단을 포함합니다.
마우스 유전자 연구에서는 RAS 관련 신호전달, 사이토카인 유도 STAT 신호, 전압 개폐 K⁺ 채널 활성화 조절에 관여함이 밝혀졌습니다.
