Invitrogen™ TOPO™ TA Cloning™ Kits are designed for cloning PCR products directly from a PCR reaction in just 5 minutes.
These kits use a pCR™-TOPO™ Vector with covalently bound topoisomerase I for rapid cloning and recombinant formation.
