Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

The KRT20 gene encodes a member of the keratin family, which are intermediate filament proteins maintaining epithelial cell integrity.
Type I cytokeratins are acidic proteins that pair with type II keratins.
KRT20 is a major cellular protein found in mature enterocytes and goblet cells, specifically expressed in gastric and intestinal mucosa.
Type I cytokeratin genes are clustered in the chromosome region 17q12–q21.
