Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The DNAJA2 protein belongs to the evolutionarily conserved DNAJ/HSP40 family, which regulates molecular chaperone activity by stimulating ATPase activity.
DNAJ proteins typically contain three domains: a conserved 70-amino acid J domain, a glycine/phenylalanine-rich region, and a cysteine-rich domain with four zinc finger-like motifs.
DNAJA2 functions as a co-chaperone of Hsp70s, assisting in protein folding and mitochondrial protein import in vitro.
