- Conjugation 실험에 사용 시, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것이 좋습니다.
Target Information
Alpha-1-AT은 간에서 합성되며, trypsin, elastase, chymotrypsin, collagenase, leucocytic proteases, plasmin, thrombin 등 다양한 protease의 억제제로 작용합니다.
Alpha-1-AT 결핍은 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환(emphysema) 및 신생아 호흡곤란, 영아 간경변과 관련이 있습니다.
염증 반응 시 Alpha-1-AT 수준이 증가하며, 류머티즘 관절염, 세균 감염, 혈관염, 암 전이 등에서 혈청 수치가 상승할 수 있습니다.
