Product Specific Information
- For immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed tissues), incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

The CDX2 gene encodes a caudal-type homeobox transcription factor involved in intestinal development and differentiation. It plays a critical role in regulating proliferation and differentiation of intestinal epithelial cells, and is commonly used as a marker in gastrointestinal tumor diagnostics.
