Target Information
Dengue fever 및 dengue hemorrhagic fever는 열대 지역과 아프리카에서 발생하는 급성 발열성 질환입니다. Flavivirus 속, Flaviviridae과에 속하는 네 가지 혈청형 중 하나에 의해 발생하며, 각 혈청형 간 교차 방어가 없어 복수 혈청형에 의한 유행이 발생할 수 있습니다. Dengue는 주로 낮 동안 흡혈하는 Aedes aegypti(드물게 Aedes albopictus) 모기에 의해 전파됩니다.
