주요 사양

Cypridina Luciferase(C-luc) 유전자가 suCMV promoter에 의해 발현되도록 설계된 pre-made Lentiviral particles입니다. Luciferase 유전자는 높은 수준으로 constitutively 발현되며, 필요에 따라 tetracycline inducible expression에도 사용할 수 있습니다. RSV promoter 아래의 Neomycin (G418) marker를 통해 transduced cells를 선별하여 장기 발현에 활용할 수 있습니다.
