동일한 suCMV promoter 아래에서 nuclear permeable CRE recombinase와 GFP marker를 bicistronic하게 발현하며, antibiotic selection marker는 포함하지 않습니다. 농축 후 PBS solution으로 buffer를 변경하고 재현탁한 제품으로, transduction이 어려운 cell line, serum-sensitive cell line, serum-free cell culture 및 in vivo application에 적합합니다.
