이 제품은 nuclear localized CRE recombinase와 firefly Luciferase를 2A element로 매개해 fusion이 아닌 두 개의 개별 단백질로 발현합니다. CRE recombinase는 LoxP site 사이의 재조합을 촉매하며, RFP fluorescent는 F-microscope 또는 FAC machine으로 검출할 수 있습니다. Firefly Luciferase는 D-Luciferin을 기질로 사용하는 bioluminescence imaging에 활용됩니다.
