Target Information
Human IgG1 (human immunoglobulin G1)는 항원에 대한 면역 반응 시 생성되는 인간 IgG 항체의 아형(subclass)으로, 혈중에서 가장 풍부하며 병원체 방어에 중요한 역할을 합니다. IgG1은 항원에 결합하여 식세포 작용(phagocytosis), 보체 활성화(complement activation) 등을 통해 병원체 제거를 촉진합니다. 또한 항체의존 세포독성(ADCC) 및 독소 중화에도 관여합니다. Human IgG1은 병원체에 대한 면역 반응 연구, 진단 테스트 개발 및 자가면역 질환 연구에 활용될 수 있습니다.
