The Thermo Scientific™ PCR Plate, 96-well, non-skirted, Sustain™ Series, is designed for PCR and qPCR applications. It offers a 0.3 mL maximum well volume when paired with adhesive films or foils. The plate features a cut corner located at H1 and is compatible with most thermal cyclers.

They are manufactured under ISO 9001 guidelines in a Class 100,000 cleanroom from biobased medical-grade virgin polypropylene, chemically identical to existing Thermo Scientific PCR plastics. Supported by ISCC certification, these materials reduce CO₂ equivalent emissions by approximately 1.96× compared to fossil-based polypropylene.
