Target Information
Bifunctional beta-D-glucosidase/beta-D-fucosidase는 pNP-beta-D-fucoside에 대해 pNP-beta-D-glucoside 대비 약 80–85%의 활성을 가지며, pNP-beta-D-galactoside에 대해 약 10% 미만, pNP-beta-D-xyloside에 대해 1% 미만의 활성을 나타냅니다.
Laminaribiose, sophorose, cellobiose, gentobiose를 가수분해하지만 maltose, pNP-alpha-D-glucoside, pNP-beta-L-fucoside에는 반응하지 않습니다.
