이 Donkey anti-Goat IgG 항체는 rabbit, rat, mouse, human IgG에 대해 교차 흡착 처리되어 비특이적 반응을 최소화합니다. 교차 흡착 과정은 항체 특이성을 높이고 백그라운드 신호를 줄이는 정제 단계로, 다중 형광 염색이나 flow cytometry와 같은 실험에서 높은 신뢰성을 제공합니다.

Alexa Fluor 488은 488 nm 레이저 라인에 최적화된 밝은 녹색 형광 염료로, pH 변화에 민감하지 않으며 높은 광안정성과 퀀텀 효율을 제공합니다. 단백질에 높은 비율로 결합되어도 자기 소광이 적어 밝은 신호를 유지합니다. 각 제품 로트별로 형광체 결합 비율은 인증서에 명시됩니다.

사용 전 단백질 용액을 미세원심분리하여 상등액만 사용하면 응집체로 인한 비특이적 염색을 줄일 수 있습니다. 대부분의 IHC 및 Flow Cytometry 실험에서 1–10 µg/mL 농도가 적합합니다. 본 제품은 실온에서 배송됩니다.
