- Tested Dilution: 10 µg/mL
- Recommended: Use heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with primary antibody, apply biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
