This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned, and individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates.

Target Information
MID1IP1 plays a role in the regulation of lipogenesis in the liver. It up-regulates ACACA enzyme activity and is required for efficient lipid biosynthesis, including triacylglycerol, diacylglycerol, and phospholipid formation. It is also involved in the stabilization of microtubules.
