Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

MAP2K1 (MEK1) kinase is a dual-specificity protein kinase functioning in mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) cascades, regulating cell growth and differentiation.
It is activated by various growth factors, cytokines, membrane depolarization, and calcium influx.
Phosphorylation of serine residues 218 and 222 by Raf1 activates MEK1.
This protein plays roles in stress response signaling, apoptosis, and cytokine-induced proliferation.
Mutations in MAP2K1 can cause cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome.
