Cytotoxicity-activating receptor that may contribute to the increased efficiency of activated natural killer (NK) cells to mediate tumor cell lysis.
Belongs to the natural cytotoxicity receptor (NCR) family and contains one Ig-like (immunoglobulin-like) domain.
Interacts with TYROBP/DAP12.
Selectively expressed by activated NK cells and by in vitro cultured (activated) TCRγ/δ lymphoid cells.
