Target Information
CD57, also known as HNK-1 and Leu-7, is an oligosaccharide antigenic determinant present on a variety of polypeptides, lipids, and chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans. Its function is poorly understood. CD57 is expressed on a subset of natural killer (NK) cells and NK T cells.
