Target Information
SIGLEC14 is a putative adhesion molecule and a sialic acid-binding paired receptor that may activate associated receptors. It interacts with TYROBP and is mainly expressed in hematopoietic tissues including bone marrow, spleen, and fetal liver. Expression is also observed in lung and testis.
