• Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
• Ships as lyophilized powder at room temperature.
• Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
• For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
• Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
• Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

The G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) superfamily includes approximately 600–1,000 members and represents the largest known class of molecular targets with therapeutic value.
GPR18 is an orphan GPCR expressed in the testis, small intestine, and immune-related cells such as lymphocytes, thymus, and spleen.
It functions as a receptor for endogenous lipid neurotransmitters, some of which also interact with cannabinoid receptors.
