Target Information
Anti-Rat secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for rat immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target molecules. Secondary antibodies increase versatility and sensitivity by enabling various detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification. Typically produced by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and purified or modified (immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) for high specificity.
