Calcium-dependent mitochondrial solute carrier.
Mitochondrial solute carriers shuttle metabolites, nucleotides, and cofactors through the mitochondrial inner membrane.
May act as an ATP-Mg/Pi exchanger mediating Mg-ATP transport in exchange for phosphate, catalyzing adenine nucleotide uptake or efflux in mitochondria.
