The Oncomine Comprehensive Assay Plus RNA is a targeted, multi-biomarker panel designed for highly sensitive and robust detection of known and novel gene fusions. It covers over 1300 isoforms from 49 fusion drivers associated with solid tumors.

Workflow and Compatibility

This assay provides reagents for library construction and two pools of multiplex PCR primers for automated amplicon library preparation from FFPE tumor RNA using the Ion Chef™ Instrument.
Optimized for sequencing on the Ion GeneStudio™ S5 Systems with the Ion 550 Chip, enabling up to 32 samples and one no-template control (NTC) per run.

When combined with Oncomine Reporter Software, the assay enables researchers to focus on key cancer drivers in their studies.
