Target Information
RNF144B는 E3 유비퀴틴-단백질 리가아제로, UBE2L3 및 UBE2L6으로부터 유비퀴틴을 받아 LCMT2와 같은 표적 기질에 전달하여 분해를 촉진합니다. p53/TP53 의존적이며 caspase 비의존적인 방식으로 세포사멸을 유도합니다. 과발현 시에는 BAX 단백질의 안정성을 감소시켜 세포사멸 억제 효과를 나타낼 수 있으나, 본질적으로 항-세포사멸 단백질은 아닙니다.
