CTE-의존적 핵 내 비스플라이싱 mRNA 수출을 증가시키며, PRKACA의 핵 내 표적화에 관여할 수 있습니다.
핵막 붕괴 및 염색질 응축, 세포 주기 G2/M 전이, 히스톤 탈아세틸화에 관련되어 있습니다.
또한 TMPO isoform Beta와 결합 시 DNA 복제 개시 단계 조절에 관여하며, mitotic 세포에서 HDAC3을 염색질 근처로 모집하여 히스톤 H3의 Ser-10 위치 탈아세틸화 및 인산화를 유도합니다.
