Product Specific Information
- For immunohistochemistry on PFA-fixed tissues:
Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
IgM is expressed intracellularly during early stages of B lymphopoiesis and on the surface of more mature B cells in the bone marrow and peripheral B cells.
