Target Information

RBBP7 단백질은 핵 내에서 널리 발현되는 단백질로, WD-repeat 단백질의 보존된 하위 패밀리에 속합니다. 이 단백질은 세포 증식을 조절하는 망막모세포종 단백질(retinoblastoma protein)에 직접 결합하는 여러 단백질 중 하나입니다. 또한 mSin3 코리프레서 복합체를 포함한 여러 히스톤 탈아세틸화 효소 복합체에 존재하며, 크로마틴 조립에 관여하는 단백질 복합체에도 포함됩니다. BRCA1 종양억제 유전자와 상호작용할 수 있으며, 세포 증식 및 분화 조절에 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
