Target Information
HSP70 패밀리는 HSP70, HSC70, GRP75, GRP78의 네 가지 고도로 보존된 단백질로 구성됩니다. 이 단백질들은 다양한 생물학적 기능을 수행하며, GRP75는 미토콘드리아 매트릭스에 국한되어 핵 및 미토콘드리아 기원의 신생 폴리펩타이드 사슬의 이동과 접힘을 돕습니다. GRP75와 GRP78은 열 스트레스에는 반응하지 않으며, 포도당 결핍 시 유도됩니다.
