Target Information
PACRG는 동물계에서 보존된 단백질로, 파킨(parkin) 유전자와 머리-머리 배열로 연결되어 있습니다. 두 유전자는 다양한 조직에서 공동 조절되며, 양방향 프로모터를 공유합니다. 파킨과 PACRG는 나병 감수성과 관련이 있으며, PACRG 단백질은 heat shock protein 70, 90 및 chaperonin과 복합체를 형성합니다. 또한 파킨슨병 환자의 루이소체(Lewy bodies) 구성 성분으로, Pael receptor에 의해 유도되는 신경세포 사멸을 억제합니다.
